beach volleyball with your friends beside the lake, the
hot sand between your toes… live music playing on the
concert patio... the sun shining. You glance at your
boat docked just steps away, and a delicious lunch
awaits with a cold draft beer– it’s all right here, in
Jackson’s Point Village.
In Winter, Imagine a day in the bright sun, snowmobiling along
the local trails and lake or using you ATV to visit your ice
fishing site. Dogs playing with the children, a shore lunch
being prepared over an open fire. Then see yourself relaxing in
a

What our guests are saying
about us [more

Hi Glenn,
Just a note to let you know how
our Bowling Banquet again at The
Lionshead Lakefront Resort went
last weekend. I would like to
thank Brian and all your staff
for a excellent night. The food,
service and facilities were
first rate and hopefully we will
be back in the spring.
Wishing you and yours a very
happy holidays.

Hi
there,
We just
stayed in
your resort
with our
hockey team
(Kingston
Ice Cats)...
What we did
really like
about your
resort was
that the
room was
certainly
large enough
to
accommodate
our family
of five even
when a cot
was in the
room (many
rooms barely
fit a cot).
The room was
clean and
warm and the
staff seemed
very
accommodating
to our
needs.
For your
information.

Dear Janet,
I must apologize for taking so
long in emailing you. Now that
my 2 week vacation is over and I
am back to work, I am so busy,
however I still felt that I must
send you a quick email thanking
you and the staff for a
beautiful wedding on 07/07/07. I
must admit I was worried about
the weather but laughed when you
mentioned that it never rains
there when a wedding takes
place. And even though it was
cloudy in the early afternoon,
it did clear up and the sun did
shine for me (you must have the
power ha ha ha).
All of my guests had a wonderful
time and the people that had
known what the resort looked
like prior to the current owner,
were amazed with all of the
improvements. As you know, my
mother, and girls in the wedding
and myself stayed at the resort
the evening prior to the wedding
and had a very relaxing night in
the pool.
The food was absolutely
delicious and nobody had any
complaints, in fact several
guests were so impressed that
they were interested in knowing
if they could go there just for
a dinner.
Janet, I wish you well and all
the best in the future and once
again, thank you.
You have chosen the right career
and you do a fabulous job and
take it personally like you were
planning your own wedding.
I would highly recommend you and
the staff to anyone who is
planning a wedding. The idea of
having a wedding at the
Lionshead's whether indoors or
outside Right On The Waterfront
is very much recommended.

Dear Lianne and all the
staff at The Lionshead
Resort
On behalf of the medical
students that visited your
community in June 2007, I
would like to thank you for
your warm welcome,
generosity, and time. Our
time in Georgina was
exceptional and we look
forward to seeing you again
in the near future.
Thank you once again for
making our experience one
that is unforgettable.
Sincerely,

HI Janet, thought I’d
drop you and the staff a
note quickly after our visit
today to let you know that
we very much enjoyed the
lunch and the service.
We found everything to our
satisfaction and I’m sure
many of the ladies will
return on their own with
friends & family to enjoy a
pleasant dinner or lunch and
view the scenery. I’m sure
they’ll all pass along a
recommendation for the
Lionshead to their friends.
Thanks for all your help and
arrangements and many thanks
to the service staff, they
were very accommodating.
Lynne Barrett for the Red
Rovers and Gadabouts
Hi Glenn and Lianne,
I just wanted to drop you an
email and let you know that we
enjoyed our stay this weekend.
The rooms were spacious and
clean. Your staff was very
pleasant and friendly and the
kids really enjoyed the pool and
billiards room. The overall
experience from the time of
booking to time of checkout was
very good.
We had to rush out of there this
morning as we had to be at the
arena for 9:30am.
Please extend our thanks and
appreciation to Mark and your
staff for an enjoyable stay.
Best regards,
Mirella Cino
